Guest Information

Emergency Procedure: Dial 911 for medical, fire, or crime emergency.  The address to provide 911 with is 852 Summer Street, Lee, MA.   If you have an after-hours emergency in your unit, please call Berkshire Communicators at (413) 637-4040.  Whenever possible please call the Front Desk at extension 100.

Cars & Parking: The maximum speed limit throughout Foxhollow property is 15mph.  There is only one parking space reserved per unit.  Please remind your guests that paring is available to them in the designated guest parking areas.  Also, please remember to always display your parking pass while you are a guest.

Clubhouse Hours: 

Sunday – Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm

Friday – Saturday 9:00am – 8:00pm

Internet: Wireless internet is available, please see front desk for password.

Cribs: Pack and Plays are available for no charge.  With limited number available, we encourage you to reserve one prior to your arrival.

Fireplace: Please burn only artificial logs in the fireplace.  You may purchase artificial logs from a local merchant or at the front desk.

Furnishings: Furnishings are here for you to use and the use of the next guest.  If something is broken, please let the front office know so that the item can be replaced.

Heat and Lights: Please help us conserve energy by turning lights off, heat and air conditioner when you go out.  Also, please keep the fireplace flue closed when not in use.

Housekeeping and Maintenance: Any calls for housekeeping or maintenance should be made before 3:00pm, unless it is an emergency.  Any requests for service made after 3:00pm will be handled the following morning.  A 24-hour advanced notice is required for all housekeeping requests.  A complimentary towel exchange is available for those guests that are staying a full week only on Tuesday or Wednesday from 10:00am – 12:00pm.  Additional cleanings are optional, charges as follow:

Music and Noise: We ask that you please be aware and respectful of your neighbors when it comes to music and noise.  Please keep noise down, especially after 9:00pm

Pets: In order to ensure the health and safety of owners and guests, no pets of any kind are permitted at Foxhollow.  If a pet is discovered, the owner or renter will be asked to remove the pet from the premises and a fumigation and cleaning fee of $200.00 will be added to the bill.

Washer and Dryers: Please do not use washers and dryers before 9:00am or after 9:00pm.  Always remove your laundry form the machine as soon as you are finished.

Grounds: Please help us preserve our plants by using the walkways to your unit.

Cable and TV:  Cable and TV instructions are in the binder on your coffee table.

Departure Instructions: Please load and run the dishwasher with all dirty dishes.  Deposit all trash in the dumpsters.  Return keys to the front desk at the clubhouse.
